Lake Glenburg

Lake Glenburg was formed through the desperate efforts of the citizens of Glenburg. When their previous village was destroyed through the eruption of Mt. Verna, They built a new village, Glenburg, further away from the base of the volcano. As The Great River Gorge approached towards their village they decided that they would not allow another natural disaster to take their home.

Taking quick action they worked to create a system, in front of The Radimoor Mountains, which they believed would split the flow of the uncoming river. Having done that they then decided to dig out a large hole in the ground where they believed The Great River Gorge would be approaching their village. With these tactics they managed to split the flow of the river and create a pit big enough to prevent the water from flooding Glenburg, and thus creating Lake Glenburg.
